Site codes

Site codes are allocated when a site is approved to recruit to a specific BioResource project.

You must use the appropriate 3- or 5-digit site code for the study the participant is being recruited to from the lists below and write it on the Sample Linkage Form (SLF)

Please note: if you recruit to more than one BioResource project, check each list for the appropriate site code, as they differ between BioResource projects.

The BioResource project site code lists can be found below; please click on the relevant link, locate your site in the list and record the appropriate code. You may need to scroll across and up if the list doesn’t display:

Research Tissue Bank – Generic (RTB-GEN)

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (RTB-IBD)

Rare Diseases study Cohort (RDC)

NAFLD (RTB-NAF)

IMID (RTB-IMI)

COVID (RTB-CVD)

COVID under 40’s (RTB-C40)

In order to preserve the integrity of the information listed, you will not be able to copy/paste from or to the spreadsheets.  Any changes will be notified to the affected sites direct, where applicable.  If you have any queries please contact Senior Research Coordinator Lindsey Berends.
